Come one come all! The Art Directors Club of Denver is already bursting at the seams and ready to take on a whole new group of designers for the 7th Annual Paper Fashion Show.  Keep your eyes open for the Call for Entries, end of December - beginning of January.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to Downtown Aurora Visual Arts (DAVA)

DAVA has actively involved thousands of young people in free arts education since 1994, working toward a vision of community arts that includes youth in community cultural development. DAVA supports urban youth by providing free on-site art programs, creative opportunities, and art-based job training, as well as intergenerational outreach through Family Arts and Portable Art school programs.

Xpedx, once again has graciously offered to donate the paper supply to this year's paper fashion as well.  If you or your company are interested in donating to this amazing event, please email info@adcd.com

In the mean time, make sure to sign up for ADCD's monthly newsletter, so you don't miss out on any of the upcoming events and information! http://adcdgraffiti.blogspot.com/

FAC @ Eye Candy was a rollicking good time

Thanks to Augie and the rest of the Eye Candy folks for graciously opening their shop to all the interested (and interesting) creative types who came down last Friday. We were treated to plenty of food and libations, giveaways and cool art. I love this Club!

Friday Afternoon Creative

Meet Eye Candy Graphics and Augart Design. They are a team of talented designers, printers, artists and fabricators, specialize in large format output and design with an innovative edge.

Their clients are set apart by designs, graphics and signage which range from crisp, clean and formal to zany, funky and mind-blowing (if that's your style). They have a very personal approach to problem-solving, and offer amazing customer service.
They also are opening up their facility to ADCD and AIGA's Friday Afternoon Creative on November 19th.

So come. Stop by. And enjoy some delicious digital stylings, oh there will be real food and drinks too. Along with a raffle for tickets to the Art Directors Club of Denver's 7th Annual Paper Fashion Show, a showcase of wearable art. (Have to be present to win!)
